The fees received in advance are kept by Legal Birbal in a client account when a fee is paid to Legal Birbal. As soon as Legal Birbal begins working on a client's case, they will be paid. Depending on the achievement of several milestones during an engagement, Legal Birbal receives payment at varying rates and intervals (e.g. obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, assigning relationship manager, etc.). Due to the non-returnable nature of the resources and labour hours used to provide the service, refunds for earned fees cannot be given.
For the task completed thus far, processing costs, payment gateway fees, administrative costs, and resource costs will all be subtracted. Additionally, any money paid to governmental bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in the execution of your transaction, cannot be refunded or credited. Legal Birbal's liability for refunds is always limited to the amount of the client's fee.
Requests for refunds can be sent to refund@Legal Birbal.com. Requests for refunds must be made within six days of the purchase date. After we have all the information needed for processing the refund, such as the justification for the refund, the bank information for processing the request, etc., we will handle your request between 15 to 25 working days.
You have six days from the date of purchase to request a change in the service you booked in exchange for a different one. Your Legal Birbal account will be credited with the original service's purchase price less any earned fees, money paid to governments (such as filing fees or taxes), or other third parties involved in executing your transaction. The remaining credit can be applied to any other Legal Birbal service.
Legal Birbal has established a uniform price structure for a range of services, and clients from every category can select a service in accordance with their particular business needs. Base prices make up the fundamental pricing structure offered on the website and in emails. Prices are susceptible to alter depending on a state's geographical jurisdiction, the type, and the quantity of services a client requests. We reserve the right to alter the pricing listed on our website at any moment, but past contracts will not be affected by this change.
The standard pricing policy does not apply to an increase in the overall fee paid by the client to Legal Birbal as a result of a rise in government fees, fees incurred by the client for the completion of legal paperwork, or fees incurred by the client for resubmitting forms to the government after they were initially rejected. Any additional expenses incurred by the client in connection with the performance of the service are not our responsibility or liability. Pricing on the internet could be inaccurately quoted; as a result, we will verify prices as part of our selling procedures so that you are informed of the exact price prior to the contract's effective date.
The results or outcome of any specific procedure cannot be guaranteed by us. For instance, a trademark application could be denied by the government for legal justifications that are outside the purview of Legal Birbal's service. In some instances, a government backlog or issues with the platforms used by the government (such as the MCA website, the Income Tax website, or the FSSAI website) can cause significant delays before your process is finished. These kinds of issues are not within our control, so they are not covered by this guarantee and cannot be returned. Therefore, the government's delay in completing your filing cannot be an excuse for a reimbursement.
Legal Birbal shall not be deemed to be in violation of any terms of service or in breach of its satisfaction guarantee, and it shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the execution of its obligations due to any cause like earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
Our guarantee only covers satisfaction concerns brought about by Legal Birbal - not changes to your situation or your state of mind. This is because we are incurring costs and devoting time, people, technical resources, and effort to your service or document creation. If you ask us to put off processing a service, we'll store the money you've already paid for it in your account until you're ready to start it.
We have the right to attempt to complete the service before processing any refunds. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% plus any earned fees and any government fees would be charged. The cancellation fee would not be charged in the event of a service change.
